Single OneTime Remote Support is per payment basis for quick single remote support session for examination and troubleshooting and attempted fix of error provided system does not need full reimage of windows. pricing is per hour for single session.

For customers who request service, troubleshooting, update assistance, repair, tune-up, migration, or continued support for a computer running Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, unsupported configuration, or an out-of-support Windows version/build. This agreement documents the risk, limits of service, and customer approval before work begins. If user so chooses may also opt into additional patching and update remediation services. (note: with the oos windows 11 some updates may not be availble it is advised to the customer backup and save all important data. We do not backup or keep any data other than client receipts of payment and agreements to tos along with user email/logins and basic profile info.)
